I asked for the longest volume to be 18, if not 16. She said she couldn't because I've gotten my lashes done only once before and that was years ago. However, the first time ever of having my lashes done, I had went to Amazing Lash Studio and they gave me longgg voluminous lashes and that was my first time ever getting my lashes done, my lashes CAN withhold the length. Her excuse was not valid. The products she used hurtttt, mind you, I know how it normally feels but her products hurttttt. She kept trying to take pictures of my eyes but they kept tearing up. The lashes themselves are ok, they do look natural and the lady comes off sweet but then was talking shit about the picture of lashes I wanted while she was on the phone. She kept saying "kiss lashes" and laughing. I could hear the other person on the phone laughing as well. Now I have a Waterpark to go to today and cannot get them fixed due to me being in the water. First a foremost, I feel bad writing this review since she was very sweet. But I just can't "get used" to these lashes. I asked for a natural lash and I got the opposite. The length of them are so long that they hit my eyebrows and are very irritating. They clump up on the ends and I'm constantly having to brush them out to lay right. I also feel like they're a little sparse and have empty spaces where there shouldn't be. If you like full glam lashes this place is for you! Unfortunately, this is not what I wanted. I did mention they were a little long for me, she said it will take some time to get used to them and when I come back she can remove a few long ones. She was reassuring me that she will do whatever I wanted and would make them right. As much as I appreciateI just don't think it's possible to fix them without removing everything and starting fresh. I didn't know what to say.. so I just left. Again, she's lovely and such a nice person. And if it was a review on her personality alone I would give her 5 stars!! When I first came to kelly I wasn't too sure what I wanted really and when I explained to her what I "thought" I wanted she did exactly what I requested. However, to no fault of hers but rather MY OWN crazy idea - I thought go glam-bam "Voluptuous volume and sexy bedroom eyes" I was sadly disappointed (not by her work) but the extreme radical change I wasn't expecting. I gave it a day to try an adjust- but when my husband requested I get them removed I knew it wasn't a good look. When I contacted her about getting them removed via a text she graciously and promptly picked up the phone and reached out to me directly; she offered to not just remove them but completely re-do them at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!! That blew my mind - time is money! She was not just willing to remove them at no cost but also completely re apply them, just to make me happy (despite her providing what I asked for) the process is very time consuming. I am very pleased with HER recommendation and outcome of my new lashes !!!!! More flattering and get a lot of compliments! Thank you Kelly for not just caring about the job but the people and clients you service.

I just finished a peel and my skin feels softer and looks brighter and even-toned. I typically wear a lot of liquid foundation and then top with a powder foundation, but since my peel I only needed to wear the powder. This weekend I am coming in for a microderm. She works uniquely every individual and recommends what they need. Her suite is super comfy that I just want to nap. The only thing I dread about coming here are the extractions! It's like going to the dentist. Not very pleasant but I know it's good for me.

I changed my diet, I switched skin regimes too often to count, I started cleaning my bed sheets weekly, and nope, nothing seemed to relieve it. After talking to a friend, she told me I should try getting a facial and thanks to Yelp! I was able to find Giselle and haven't looked back since. She really takes her time with you. I always go with her recommendation on what kind of treatment to do, and my skin always looks great after. Her prices aren't too shabby either, I've never had a facial before her, so after visiting her my expectations were very high. One time my friend wanted to go to a facial, and I was a bit hesitant because I already had a great Giselle! But I decided to try it out and there was a promotion. No, never again! TORTURE CHAMBER!…read more Technicians here were never very light handed and most of the time I couldn't take a lash nap while getting my refills but my experience during my last two week volume refill is what finally broke the camel's back. I went in at 5:30pm last Sunday. The refill was painful but what's new? When I opened my eyes I realized it was all uneven and looked shabby. I had an important business trip that week and said I can't just show up like that. They said the tech can fix it in 15-20 min so I agreed to let them fix it. BIG MISTAKE! Tech started working on removing the lashes and I've never experienced such pain in my eyes before. Not only the remover burned horribly but she kept yanking on my lashes so hard that at one point I screamed in pain and scared the tech. I didn't want to be there anymore I asked if I can get all the lashes removed and they said it would take at least an hour. I decided against that because at this point I was panicking and all I wanted was to get out of that chair as soon as possible with my eyes intact. Then they started applying new lashes. That was a whole different kind of pain. My EYELIDS started to burn. I know the glue fumes can burn your eyes and it's part of the process but at this point it was my eyelids that just felt like they were on fire. They irrigated the area and continued. Finally I was told I can open my eyes again. At this point I had been in that torture chair for 2.5 hours and had to pee. I went to the restroom and noticed that after all that pain and emotional distress my lashes were still uneven!!!! But seriously, who cares? All I wanted was to run out of there. I paid for the full $75 two week volume refill and left. The next morning I woke up and my eyes felt weird. So I went to the mirror and got terrified of the face staring back at me. Never have I ever had eyes this swollen and red before. To be honest, after that 2.5 hr torture I was still grateful that I at least still had my vision! I went to my business trip and had to explain to people the dumb mistakes I made regarding my lashes so they don't think I'm getting abused at home. I sent the pictures and requested a refund from the business, because who would want to spend their hard earned money to get tortured only to end up looking like this. Never heard back from them. Moral of the story is, NEVER EVER go to EmLash!!! They will physically harm you and take your money for it!

I walked in and had a complimentary lash bath with their provided supplies. I then sat in the recliner and was serviced. This was the first time I didn't have any irritation or stay away lashes randomly flying off . 5/5
