One, he didn't level the ground/grated away from my house. Just filled in the dirt. So it's lumpy. Second, you're supposed to overlap the fabric at least 6 in which he didn't do! So now I have stuff growing in between there. Three, he didn't use enough marble! So now I have bare spots! It's pretty bad. The price was all right. He did leave an extra yard of dirt for me which was actually really helpful! I was able to fill in some holes in my yard. That I appreciated. But overall, I wouldn't hire him again. It was crappy fabric so now I've got tons of weeds growing up through the fabric! To be honest, I did a better job putting down fabric and rock around my generator then he did! Maybe does a great job cutting grass but I wouldn't hire him to put down fabric and rock.

Our front bed was overgrown with ivy, bulbs, and old bushes so they tore everything out so we could start with a fresh garden bed. They also laid sod down to decrease the size of the larger bed which has grown into the existing lawn nicely. In the back yard, they tore up old sod and created a new flower bed along the fence line that will be a pollinator garden. All the work done was completed on time, on schedule and with excellent job clean-up within the quoted budget amount. April 29th I reached out to Agape via text to find out if they were still coming due to all of the rain on Friday. I received a response saying no. I replied to ask when they would be able to do the work. I did not receive a response to my text. Between April 29th to May 2nd, I called their office, texted and emailed Agape with no response or acknowledgement of my request for a new contract or when they will conduct the work we agreed upon.

I had proof of water usage the day they were at my house and according to my cameras they were the only people there for this to happen. Still haven't gotten a response and my water was turned off because I could not afford. If I could give the negative stars I would. After reviewing them, they emailed me back saying again that they would help me if I called. So I did. Again and again. Eventually the phone number didn't ring so it's safe to assume they blocked me. I'm negative in my bank account because I desperate had to figure out how to get my water back on. I suggest to never use this company and go to anyone else to mow your lawn. They are liars, they take advantage of their customers, they are very unprofessional and they don't know how to take accountability for their actions.

I recently used this company because I am injured and mobility is an issue. I needed to basically…read moreclaim my yard back from the wilderness that had overtaken it since I left 7 months ago. The estimate was easy, I just called the number and a couple hours later an associate came over. I quickly showed him what needed to be done and he was taking notes the whole time. He shot me an estimate later that same day and I agreed for the price. (Expensive but reasonable for what needed to be done.) He told me that he would have a team to take care of it by the end of the week. It was monday when we spoke so I waited until friday. When the team did not show up by two o'clock I called the office to find out if they were coming since they don't work on weekends. I was informed that they were busier than expected so they weren't going to be able to make it on the day that was scheduled. I had to wait until monday to get the job done. They showed up early 8 am and started working right away. The workers were professional, friendly and did a great job trimming and removing trees, shrubs and weeds. Although they did a great job, the clean up was sub standard and I had to remove a good amount of things left behind myself. I would have given this a 5 star rating if they were able to keep my scheduled date and the clean up would have been better. I still would recommend this company to anyone who needs trees trimmed and shrubs removed.
