Renée is really helping me focus on areas I have not before and therapy feels a little more serious this time which is good. She has taken her time to diagnose me. Which I really appreciate. Dr. Patel thinks outside of the box when treating her patients as well. I trust them both immensely. The support staff are always so friendly and respond so quickly to requests during business hours! That type of service goes a long way when you need documentation from a provider. Love this practice! This is the best care I've received since I've been on my journey with mental health.

After speaking with ANP-D Koleski, she informed me that she would not fill one of my prescriptions---Alprazolam, because, she said, that Suboxone cannot be prescribed with Alprazolam due to the opiate crisis. I immediately replied that I had been prescribed this medication by Dr. Tulluri for the past five years. Further, I told her that I would go into horrible withdrawn without it. I was hoping that she would work with me in reducing my current dose, or perhaps prescribe Clonazepam in lieu. She said that this was not possible, and I was prescribed Clonidine and Buspirone, of the which did not help in the least---I also, unfortunately, could not sleep for three nights straight. :( Moreover, my other prescriptions were filled and, in my estimation, ANP-C Anne Koleski appeared to be knowledgeable and competent, but I feel that she might lack somewhat in compassion when it comes to the horrible withdrawal that is felt when a medical provider does not listen to their patient and have compassion, or outline a road of titration or treatment that is more in-line with the providers thinking. Suffice it to say, I wish all of the staff the best, as I must leave under these circumstances. What I would like all to know is the following: I consider Dr. Tulluri a caring, kind, and knowledgeable MD, one that I won't forget, for helping me to overcome one thing in particular that I cannot mention here. The bottom line: I must consider another clinic to patronize at this time where I will receive the medical care necessary for my maintenance and recovery. Best, Ammon E.
