This was must stop in for me given I spent 30 years in the fire service. They offer several signature cocktails at the bar. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. It looks as if they have perhaps 3 small stills that you can see from an observation window and open doorway to the distillery proper. They have a variety of spirits: Whiskey, gin and vodka. Their whisky is a sourgum whisky... so not sure they have intentions to move towards a proper bourbon. Whisky old fashion was different. It's a booze style old fashioned without any sort of mixer... but it was good. Truth be told I'm a little envious that I don't have a distillery in any former Fire Station.

Even though there aren't a lot of choices in Ketchikan, we didn't mind eating here a few times. This is a typical diner but the food is great and the service is very attentive. The prices are very good for Ketchikan. My favorite was probably the cinnamon roll french toast, which was kind of different. This place is definitely popular with locals because it is not quite downtown. It is very convenient to the ferry to the airport. Parking is available both in the garage and in the lot across the street. The Landing Restaurant is a great choice for eating in Ketchikan.
