Not only was the cleaning incomplete (trunk not cleaned, dash controls not cleaned and floor mats not cleaned) but the top of my dash, under the windshield, was scratched and sliced up multiple times. I don't understand how this could happen - the person must have been holding something sharp in addition to the cloth. I haven't gotten an estimate to fix it yet but I think the entire front part will need to be replaced and it will be pricey. I did call Soft Touch to tell them about my experience since they advertise that they are committed to satisfaction. I did receive an apploligy and was told to let them know if it happens again. However, with the extend of the damage, I don't think I'll be returning.

When Flying Ace opened, I thought I'd give it a try. The car wash itself is good. It is a contact car wash. What really stood out was the value. I don't have the complete menu of pricing but I have opted in for the unlimited plan for the highest level of car wash. That package is approximately $27 per month. You drive up, an electric eye scans the barcode that is fixed on a sticker inside of your windshield, the gate opens and you drive right in. You can go once a day or you can go 10 times a day. I don't know why you would want to go 10 times a day, but you could. Unlimited means, unlimited. Would I go back? Absolutely. Several times a month. Got to get my money's worth. I'm always happy with the outcome and how clean my car is after I go through Flying Ace car wash.
