Not only was the cleaning incomplete (trunk not cleaned, dash controls not cleaned and floor mats not cleaned) but the top of my dash, under the windshield, was scratched and sliced up multiple times. I don't understand how this could happen - the person must have been holding something sharp in addition to the cloth. I haven't gotten an estimate to fix it yet but I think the entire front part will need to be replaced and it will be pricey. I did call Soft Touch to tell them about my experience since they advertise that they are committed to satisfaction. I did receive an apploligy and was told to let them know if it happens again. However, with the extend of the damage, I don't think I'll be returning.

I added protection for wheel faces and windows. Chris was incredible throughout the entire process. After I submitted an inquiry, he scheduled a time to speak with me about the services he offered. We had an incredible chat on the phone where he fully explained every product. He discussed what he thought was really important and what was more of a "nice to have" if money allowed. He's incredibly passionate about his work. Chris sent over a quote over email and I selected the services that I wanted. I scheduled before I had my new vehicle and he was able to move my service up by a few weeks when I took delivery early! Chris and I remained in contact and he answered all my questions quickly, even before I had dropped off my vehicle! I dropped off my car on Sunday evening and he got right to work on Monday morning. I followed along on the progress with the business pages on social media and he sent me a bunch of pictures and updates every day! I knew my car was being treated with respect and felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with Dayton Detailing! We knew that rain was expected and he put in a lot of time (and hard work) to get my vehicle out early! I picked it up on Thursday and it was better looking than the day I took delivery! The shine is absolutely incredible and I can't even see the ppf lines! Since it's raining today, I can attest to the glass coating being absolutely incredible. I did not use my wipers once during my whole commute! This service is definitely a must for your new vehicle, especially if you have a tesla! I had my car for 24 days before I had my appointment - and already ended up with a few rock chips before he wrapped it! Do not wait! Get protection early! My most visible chip is on the hood by the badge. And I definitely recommend wrapping the rockers on a model 3! If you can only afford one small thing, coat your windshield! It's like rain-x on steroids, and will last way longer than a windshield fluid additive! This was an amazing experience and I really hope others consider Dayton Detailing for their detailing needs. We will be customers for life, returning often to maintain our vehicles and keep them looking like the first day we brought them home. MAACO has painted this same vehicle twice with no reports of "Bondo or filler" as there are none…read more The second time was for a paint job and repair of a scratch on the upper right fender for an additional $194.00. The scratch reappeared within a year along with additional paint bubbling and a semi-vertical scratch in the bubbling paint due to shoddy work and they were timely informed of this. Dean Price subsequently lied to my face and stated it was because some Bondo fell out. This is untrue as Bondo does not "fall out" according to their 3M Website. Then he gave me an estimate of an additional $500.00+ to again repair their own shoddy work. Reported this to the Ohio Attorney General in which Dean made more misrepresentations. This is INTOLERABLE and I will have no choice but to substantially escalate this issue. I no longer trust this MAACO to repair their own shoddy work and demand a refund and the cost of proper repair and painting.
