After cleaning her dryer vent, they left all this clumpy dirt behind the dryer and mom freaked out. The forgot to cover several vents and dirt blew out of the vents all over her very expensive dining room -- and on top of that, had to return an hour later because they forgot to turn the thermostat back on, and then return the next day to see the dirt they left behind but did NOT apologize, but said that's what happens when you have a dirty HVAC system. Really?? Isn't that why we hired you? Because we have dirty vents? Not for you to make the dirt travel from the ducts to the house furniture! Well, now WE will not use them for our next service later this year, and we are NOT RECOMMENDING that anyone else who wants professional contractors hire them either! I did not hire him because after looking at my installation material my tank was still under warranty. I called amtrol and the company advised me to call the original installer. We've been trying since then to get them to come out and look at the system. John always promise to return my call, but after 6 calls he has never done so. The reason I persisted by calling him is because it's their system and the folks I called to check it are only interested in selling me their system. Extremely poor customer service, especially after sales. If you have them install your system don't expect any follow-up service after install, you're on your own!
