When the driver got out and started filming the Drilling employee, the Drilling truck attempts to ram him and run him over! The driver gets back into his vehicle, the employee gets out and punches his window attempting to break it, yelling, "all bets are off buddy!" The vehicle takes off and the employee kicks the side of the vehicle as it goes. Delsea Well Drilling truck takes off after him, running through stop signs, a red light and going over the sidewalk! Delsea Well Drilling returned to our neighborhood once again and turned off our community well with…read moreno prior notice that there would be an interruption in the water service. While doing the work to disconnect our neighbor from the system, they yelled, cursed and generally acted like animals all day long in front of our children. When asked by all of the members of the well over the course of the day they responded with more cursing and threats. Furthermore, we observed multiple unsafe work practices. Not a single employee was wearing a hardhat or any other PPE and no air monitoring was conducted before entering the well pit which is classified as a confined workspace. Another well member and I approached Ed Myers Sr. at the end of the work day to formalize out request that any future interruptions in out water service would require 24 hours notice, his response was, "I'm not gonna to let you know anything." I was able to capture this on video but yelp only allows pictures to be uploaded. Additionally, after they completed their work and turned the water back on sand began coming out of every faucet in our house and subsequently ruined every faucet and shower head in our house. It is our belief that they intentionally contaminated the system. We are currently working with the authorities to determine what the next steps will be.

We woke up to a nightmare scenario on Christmas Eve morning - no water coming from my parents'…read morefaucets. My parents live out in the country (in Montgomery County) and thus aren't connected to any city water supply, with a ground water well that goes down ~235 feet. We had a Christmas Eve party planned for later that evening, followed by a big day with family on Christmas. But without any water, we were completely screwed - I thought we were going to have to call an audible and transfer everything over to my sister's house, which would be less than ideal. Moreover, we didn't know how bad the situation was - there was a drought over the summer of 2024, so we worried our well might have run dry. This had already happened to my parents ground water well back in 1984, forcing them to re-drill the well over 100 feet deeper (a major undertaking for anybody who's gone through this). Given that it was Christmas Eve, we didn't know if anybody would be available to help us; but fortunately, my Dad was able to get ahold of C.S. Garber & Sons in Douglassville, who sent a crew out to us immediately. Shawn and Aidan got to my parents' house around 9 AM, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got to work right away. They determined we had plenty of water in our well (i.e. it didn't go dry) but weren't getting any current from the well pump, which had finally stopped working after 48 years. They got their equipment setup and started pulling the old pump out, which got stuck halfway, leading us to wonder if the well had collapsed. Fortunately, with Aidan's strong frame pulling, they eventually got the pump jarred loose - most likely a large rock was in the way. They even had a brand new ¾ horsepower pump in their work truck, which is exactly what my father wanted to replace our old 1/2 horsepower pump with. Got the new pump hooked up, placed back down into the well and working in no time. They were done before noon and we had zero issues thereafter. Shawn and Aidan are real-life superstars that quite literally saved our Christmas! Can't recommend these guys enough if you're having water issues or an emergency at your house or business.

I did not hire him because after looking at my installation material my tank was still under warranty. I called amtrol and the company advised me to call the original installer. We've been trying since then to get them to come out and look at the system. John always promise to return my call, but after 6 calls he has never done so. The reason I persisted by calling him is because it's their system and the folks I called to check it are only interested in selling me their system. Extremely poor customer service, especially after sales. If you have them install your system don't expect any follow-up service after install, you're on your own!
