I went there to pay and pick up my return only to find out that we owed about $4000! Mind you, NO call from Mark about this. I asked if he was available, he came out front and said, "Yeah, I thought you'd be surprised". I was shocked as I was not aware that anything had changed with our finances. Though it is ultimately MY responsibility, it was not Mark, the CPA, it was me me who said " what do we need to look at and do different so this won't happen again?". He suggested that I fax him our W-2 forms to make sure we were having enough taken out. Well, I did and NEVER heard back.
