Far from it. As an S corporation I had to do payroll which they charged for. I had to pay unemployment taxes which amounted to thousands of dollars for the year Evan though there was just me in the company. Long story short the company folded after one year due to soaring fuel prices and dropping broker per mile rates. Shut down buisness. Decimals still charged me a payroll charge 135$. After finally getting them to acknowledge the business was ended they sent me a nasty little letter letting me know how disappointed they were. I was the one disappointed when they were eight months late filing my taxes. I didnt find this out till they dumped all the paperwork on me post noted where to sign and send it off. 1600$ worth of late tax fees. Complained. They sent me an form which would fix it It didnt. Thousands of dollars spent that shouldnt have been just so they could charge payroll. Then they dont even file on time . leave me holding the bag for late fees. Incompatent, only looking out for themselves, ghirsty only work a couple of days during off season ergo payroll tax. Greedy greedy grinches. dia
