Kevin is the absolute best agent to work with! My partner and I started our home-buying journey beginning of 2021. Although we were financially ready to buy, we couldn't commit to even submitting an offer with the agents that we've met at that time. Finding the right home is an exhausting process. I constantly felt pressured to find a house as quickly as possible even though I wanted to take my time to find a "home", and to stay within our price range. In the end, we decided to take a break and start again in 2022. Once we were ready again, it was as if the universe knew we needed to meet Kevin. A mutual friend invited us to a baby shower and introduced us to him. Immediately, after the experience we've had with other agents, I mentioned my concerns about taking our time and that I didn't want to feel pressured into buying a home just to buy "now". I could tell Kevin understood, respected our boundaries, and I really appreciated that. From the start, we were amazed by how smooth the process was, how patient Kevin was (even when we likely drove him nuts with our many many questions and listings we wanted to see at odd hours), and how he made sure that every decision we made was aligned to our goals.
