I've used Kevin Byrd Masonry many, many times. His work and work ethic is terrific. I've used him to re-lay an old un-level brick pathway and patio, and to install a French drain at a house I owned 10 years ago. I had him re-point the bricks on my subsequent house, to install a beautiful new brick pathway, patio area, and steps at this house. Now I'm hiring him to rebuild a brick porch column and to repair the brick skirting at a house I just purchased. I also recommended him to a friend to install a French drain and she was well-satisfied with his work. I can't say enough good things about this mason. He is the best. read more

I was assured my pool would be done in 30 - 60 days when I contracted with them. However, it took over a year. I was consistently lied to about the progress or lack there of. I would be told workers were going to show up on a certain day, they didn't and there was no communication by the company's owner Glenn Miller. I would call him, text him, my calls and texts would get no response. I would call the office and the nice but rattled office worker Becky would know nothing of what was happening. Eventually I lost it on Glen and told him what I thought about all the lies and delays and his unresponsiveness and he had the unmitigated gall to block me! He had $70,000 of my money, I had a whole in the ground and very little recourse. This was the most frustrating experience of my life. I did end up with a beautiful pool. However, I wouldn't use this company again if it were free!

I did that, thought my problems were solved, but within an hour of having the water on the leak was back. I then decided to give Rub A Dub a try. Aaron came by and, unlike the other two, went to work to find the leak. After some bush-cutting and rock moving, he determined the connection between my copper and PVC pipes had broken in the yard, and he repaired the fitting promptly. Thank you very much for your help.
