This is exactly what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable of every facets of the property, market, lending, and pretty much everything else. Brian didn't try to impress nor did he waste any time with any nonsense. Since the first time I met him, I was confident he as showing his true character, and someone I could trust. I decided to go ahead and sign with him although all the forums and friends has advised the risks involved in dual-agency. I'm so glad I made the right decision.
