I called this company for an event for my cousins graduation . I called them a week before the event . I called someone answered and told me the price of a 10x 20 canopy and balloon columns . He said for 185. He told me to text him everything . I did . I text Thursday to see if he got my text or to make sure he coming . No respond . I text Sunday to make sure I get a confirmation . They were great with a very last minute request for equipment, I called on a Saturday morning asking for everything to be delivered by 1pm. They were able to take my order for tables and chairs. The only con I had was that they didn't have the white table covers that I ordered initially and, they had us pick up the table covers. Please be careful when dealing with this "So Called Family owned business" If you have any type of heart problems or are taking any type of calming medication or you just don't like people trying to bamboozle you, then this company is not for you. The night before my daughters big event, they told me that, they didn't have the cocktail tables that I ordered. And of course, me organizing everything, could not stop to go online an try to find another company. So, mind you, "I" not them had to come up with a table solutions to fit within my budget. Once, I thought we agreed on a price via text, not only were they the wrong tables when they were delivered to the venue but, they wanted more money. Thank God, once I showed the driver the text to confirm my order, he went and got the ugly round table that I really didn't want for this event. I had to use these tables that stuck out like a huge sore thumb, without me having to pay for the additional charge they tried to "stick me" with. I asked them for a receipt, but being the unprofessional company as they are, I definitely, wasn't holding my breath to get one, which I didn't get. Maybe the family needs to add a family member that knows how to deal with a Conflict Resolution. Peace. read more
