She was searched and the phone was found in her backpack. Apart from denying and getting caught stealing the phone she flushed the drivers license that was behind the phone case and threw the phone case in the sanitary dispenser in the bathroom stall. How can anyone trust a company when you bring thieves to work with you. You should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing such behavior from your employees. People work hard for their things just like you work hard for your business. Be better people!
