His goal is to treat the patient without wasting valuable time on everyone's part. The front desk lady, Cammie, should be recognized for her prompt attention to solving any issues that may arise. No matter the problem, she always has a wonderful smile on her face as she helps everyone with true compassion. Her attitude remained dismissive, which only made the situation worse. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and discretion, especially when it comes to personal financial matters. He also calls back himself whenever I call over the phone with some questions. The staff however is a completely different story. Yes, they are very very RUDE! and I think the office needs some new modern equipment.
