Repair Hero charged my company for paint and repairs at an apartment in North Little Rock. They…read morewere paid in full ($3,429.92) but still have not completed the work. It has been 4 weeks since they quit working and we want the work completed or the entire bill refunded. The painting work that was done is sloppy with overspray and areas of incomplete coverage. They took the drain assembly out of the bathtub and didn't replace it. They contracted to replace the apartment entry door but didn't do it. Their failure to complete the work as promised cost us a tenant who was scheduled to move in on December 1st, two weeks after the promised completion date.
