Everything went SO smoothly - Dominick at Caliber Collision was fantastic. He communicated well and I received regular texts about the progress of the repair, which took 7 days. My new door looks great, the back door was repaired, and they polished & clear coated the whole driver's side of my car. The man who helped me (a hispanic male) was obnoxious and a type of bully who is quick to sell you services and quicker to offer an excuse why his work is subpar. I had to go back 3 times to get a number of dents fixed...amazing that he kept saying they "overlooked." I will give anyone the benefit of the doubt the first, or even second time, but it became very obvious he was only interested in talking me down and trying to bully me into accepting inferior work. I thought I would finally get the spots fixed ( and DVDs returned) when I threatened to take him to court and post a complaint on the BBB website. He cursed at me, and literally got up in my face and said to go ahead and take him to court...that if I did he would "kick my a$$" since he knew where I lived. Dent Brothers in Granger is a horrible business.

This past winter I lost traction pulling into my driveway and slid into the garage door, leaving a vertical dent and a large gap between the fender and the fender flare. I was determined to preserve the original paint and avoid body filler, so I called Wes. Even he wasn't sure at first if it could be fixed. A little while later I got a text from him with a progress photo--the dent was coming out. When he finished, the damage was completely gone. The factory paint is still intact and looks perfect.
