My car stalled on the highway about an hour and 40 minutes from my home. I called this company and they stated they would have someone else was possible but up to 45 minutes to an hour. I express the severity of my situation because my car was very close to being hit by highway traffic.They were there in like 30 minutes. My driver was Devin. He was a kind young man who made me feel safe and he was very courteous. We talked about life and our spouses and families and it was like I was driving back home with somebody I've known. I have had car trouble in the past and most of the time in the middle of the night it's the scariest thing you can imagine especially as a woman. 100 plus miles and I only had to call my partner to check in once. Usually I spend the entire ride on the phone. I say this because the way that he described the company I feel like everyone I talk to in the process of doing this made me feel cared about.
