The loss of one star is due to the fact that when items were moved away from the house so they could spray, they didn't return the items back where they belonged (i.e. An outdoor patio table, BBQ grill, etc.). I hired a company to do this job as I am currently physically unable to do the job myself and having to move these items back to their original location was just something I hadn't anticipated. A few minutes to move these things back would have made a world of difference to me and would have earned them a 5 star rating.
