With recent time sensitive issues, Elanda and Chad were instrumental in getting my issue taken care of with the utmost respect to me and to my situation. I chose pioneer bank because its local and had a free checking account…read more I just received a letter in the mail that they "upgraded" my account and now i have to pay a monthly fee... i never asked or consented to this they just did it. If i never saw that letter i would be being charged without my knowledge. I am going to bring this up to legal counsel to see how this is legal because it shouldn't be and i suggest anyone with a checking account does the same.
