I don't know, just strange), but are also describing the policy for pretty much selling any tech from any vape store or dispensary I've ever been to. The fact you CAN jump through hoops to get any money back strikes me as incredibly accommodating considering my experience at any other store, where generally all sales are final (even if it doesn't work or they sold you something you don't u didn't need!) This place has amazing employees, both knowledgeable and personable. I am very, very socially anxious, but they are always welcoming and the process is fast in a way.. this business feels very safe. The prices are great; sale prices are even better. You can place an order ahead, but if you aren't sure what to get, the employees are well prepared to help you out. They also do really cool community events, some of which are free. I recommend them very strongly...
