I think I finally found the other half of me at this fine establishment. Very kind bud tenders (don't forget to tip) with a very pleasant and inviting aroma and atmosphere . The menu and selection is out of this world! Plus they have daily, weekly, and monthly specials. You also earn points that equal cash off your next purchase! Plus they have an app where you can shop online for the best deals to fit any budget. I stop in fairly frequently. Every employee is really nice and helpful. They are always ready to chat or provide opinions or advice. It's honestly a fun atmosphere. They get everyone taken care of really quickly too. I put in online orders most of the time and it's almost always ready right away, even before my appointment time. I had an issue once where I received the wrong edible but they were quick to correct it when I realized what happened. The penny pre roll is always a nice little add on to my order. I love that they do that! There are so many dispensaries around me now but I haven't even tried any of the others yet because I don't have any reason to. read more

So, I have used the online ordering and paid several times only to lose money! I was charged more through Jane pay(aeropay) then I was at pick up. After using it and getting overcharged several times, one budtender just told me not to use it anymore because of this problem. This should have been addressed before the problem. Now I'm out money!! It would be nice if this was told beforehand. I have reached out to aeropay, which has told me to reach out to the merchant( Kind Goods), who then tells me to reach out to aeropay! read more

Their app is garbage and is a 3rd party provider that is beyond glitchy.. My order was not fulfilled due to lack of inventory even though I was still charged and it appeared in stock on the app. Issues with honoring my discount. Been charged multiple times for using the in house ATM up to an additional $7. Staff is mediocre at best but typically have poor attitudes. Won't be shopping here any longer. read more

It's refreshing to go in and say, "I want to feel less anxious and excited", and you're given product options to choose from. Staff is friendly, however, I got sold something totally different then what I wanted to buy and was told that is what I would be getting. Wouldn't say they're too knowledgeable with vapes/carts. Since the cashier/budtender told me it was what I wanted. Yet gave me an entirely different vape product. Spoke with the manger which was nice as well to give me a free battery on a product I never wanted. Obviously, you can't return anything even if it's their own employees fault. Also, don't even bother to call because there's no answer. Which is why I had to drive all the way back there. Have never had this experience so I wouldn't recommend this location since there's many other dispensaries who are knowledgeable and won't say it's the product you want and give you something totally different. read more

Horrible service. They banned me because an employee (who no longer works there) said I attempted to run her over as I was leaving. And mind you I was an extremely loyal customer since medical benefits became legal years ago. I've spent at least $600 every week. And at least over $2,000 every month with them. All I did was put my car in reverse. I hadn't even backed my vehicle up yet. And this new employee begins cussing me out, screaming at me as she's starting her shift. I even apologized even though I hadn't done really anything at all. She then went and told management to ban me. They then banned me from every location even though I've emailed management and upper management they don't seem to care at all about their customers. Especially a customer who spends so so much money with them constantly. It's just not how you treat your regulars and this is coming from somebody in hospitality management.The prices are fair but just as good if not better at Codes, High Profile, Root 66, and North High all have better rewards programs and just as cheap of prices. Even The bud tenders even seem to care about you more and what you are buying and help in whatever ways possible. Kind Goods not so kind at all. This use to be my go to store. The last two times the customer service was awful. All the other stores have friendly, helpful bud tenders. On May fourth the woman was rude and outright mean. I called and complained. I was told they would give me some points to make up for it and notate my account. Today they added insult to injury when they accused me of not being a current customer and told me they could check notations on my account but only if i told this guy everything i already told the other manager. I left in tears .There is no way to get a message to anyone in charge. So maybe they will look at this review. There are too many good dispensaries with good people to go to kind Goods ever again. Im sure I cant be the only one they mistreated and lied to. read more

NEVER again will I go to this dispensary. I wanted to use my debit card because I rarely, like most, carry cash. My bud tender, Kathleen, was rude AF. When I checked out my order was $58 and some change. She told me she was going to ring it up for $60 and give me the change from her drawer. I asked why and she mumbled something. Well, ok whatever. Come to find out when you swipe your card to pay it's actually an ATM swipe as opposed to a POS (point of sale) machine swipe. When I went to get the receipt from the machine she snatched it and told me you don't need this. I told her ma'am it's my receipt and I need it. Kathleen then proceeded to wad it up and throw it in the trash and told me I have a different receipt for you that she did in fact staple to my purchase. The receipt she stapled to my purchase was in fact for the original amount. However, I looked at my bank the following day and was actually charged $63.50 and another $3.50 for ATM fees. So for a purchase that should have been $58 and some change now cost $67 on top of being treated poorly. No thank you! There are other dispensaries with great customer service and I only pay what I should with no other charges. read more

Products are good but they didn't tell me about the points/rewards. I somehow got $25 off a few times. Today, I inquired to see if I had enough points for a discount and they said you have 0. It doesn't look like you shopped here before. I've been here over 20 times. I thought they counted points using my ID but apparently not. No one told me they had an app for points. Very annoying. Go to NBliss, they ask you for your number every time to see how many points you have. It's like Kind Goods doesn't want you to use points whereas every other dispensary reminds you every time and makes it user friendly. read more
