Professionals, convenient location, convenient appointment times, and availability for scheduling. I have had appointments with both Linh and more recently, Christiane. She had great energy , quick, detailed, and not one piece of hair left in sight! ( and out of sight - if you catch my drift ) I've had quite a few waxes in my life - and this one was MAYBE a 4 pain level. And I know it's because Emmy is knowledgeable about what she is doing and sure of herself which also helped me relax. When I first came in the door ( I almost went past the 9 minute mark) the front desk was helping someone else and she was warm and inviting which is a great first impression to make for new and existing customers.
