Update: I got a consult with another PMU and he is going to have to do an eyebrow and eyeliner removal. He said my eyebrow and eyeliner were way too dark and messy. He will reshape my lips also. It is going to cost me more money to fix it because Lily and her husband did a horrible job. read more

Dung did my facial and she was amazing! She did extractions and cleaned up my face really good. She cleaned my nose really really good. She scrape out my blackheads. She actually took the time to clean my nose and I'm so happy she did. Most of the places I go, don't really clean my nose blackheads well. She is friendly and provided great service. I also liked the mini massage part of my facial. I felt really clean and pampered here. I liked the decorations on the ceilings in the facial room too. I had a horrible facial experience 5 years before going to this store. I mean horrible as in I got infected with facial warts kind of horrible... So as you can see, my first impression of this place was pure skeptical. I had this lady name Queen do my facial. I actually don't know who Elane is but when I went, my aunt was with me and she had another lady who was pregnant at the time do her facial. That lady was horrible btw. Queen did my facial and she really took care of me. This will be my 5th time and treatment microderm treatment and my skin has improved greatly. Not sure if the person who did my facial is a real aesthetician or not because it was awful. Microdermabrasion machine didn't seem to work, the music was too loud and it was one track over and over again, the ambiance was not relaxing and I'm not sure my skin is any better afterwards. Lilly does a pretty good and respectable job. 40 dollars for a facial is much cheaper compared to other places, and it is worth it here.
