I tried several places without success regarding quality or price until I happened to read about this place online. I spoke with Sara, the owner on the phone then dealt with her son Justin in store. He was beyond professional and kind and besides beating out all the other places in price, he copied them while I waited. The outcome was amazing. So, I then gave them my recently completed book (my first) about my grief journey that I both authored and added a painting to every page. He copied all 35 pages, adjusting each one for vibrancy of color and position, cut them and bound them together with a coil as this is my Christmas present for my family. They completed the job in 4 days and the finished product is beyond my wildest expectation. Plus, the price was lower than anywhere else, including the discount stores where you can self print. That being said, I also want to look out for patrons and help them avoid a bad experience. I walked into an empty store front. Waited for a minute. I saw an open office door with a light on and called out. No one answered. I saw there was a call button so I pressed it. About 3-4min later a man walked down the hall and started talking to someone who was apparently in that office the whole time. When I said "hello" to get his attention, the guy scowled at me and rudely asked "what do you need". I had a pre-printed label and doc that needed to be shipped. He grabbed both out of my hands, never made eye contact, and just said "you're good...you can go". No customer should ever be treated that way ever!

One of my packages was mishandled, and when I brought the issue to the attention of your store manager, I was met with indifference and no real effort to resolve the situation. Rather than offering to contact UPS customer service or explore a solution, the manager simply told me I'd need to pay again for a shipment I had already paid for. When I questioned why I should bear the cost for a failure on UPS's part, he responded dismissively, saying, "I'm not UPS, I'm just a store." This attitude is unacceptable. Your employees represent the UPS brand, and customers rely on them for guidance and support when things go wrong. I urge you to provide better training on customer service--specifically how to take ownership, provide support when issues arise, and avoid passing blame. I fulfilled my responsibility as a customer. The store failed to do the same. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously so future customers do not receive the same treatment.
