They ensure I have a tracking receipt whenever I drop off my shipments, even asking me to double check if one is needed before I walk away. I came into this store this evening and just wanted to share about the customer interaction I had with Jacob Peoples. I came into the store with a request to over night fresh flowers, I needed multiple things to make that happen. Packaging, packing, even damp paper towels and Jacob made sure I was taken great care of and made all of it happen for me. Jacob probably spent 30+ minutes with me helping me make sure my flowers would be safe and secure for their overnight trip. I lost my father in law this week and was sending my flowers to be preserved and he went above and beyond to help me with something so important. I wanted to just share my incredible experience because it meant so much to me. I live right around the corner and will definitely be back and hope to see him again. This UPS Store has the friendliest staff & are super helpful. I usually come in with just the items I want to send because I'm not sure how to ship things or what packaging to put them in. Jen usually helps me and she's great, but yesterday D helped me & he was super helpful with me. I witnessed him answer a phone call for an elderly person who didn't know how to attach images to an email. He was super patient and kind on the phone & went right back to helping me afterwards. read more

The owner of this UPS store is very unprofessional and VERY rude. I highly suggest anyone that has an online business to not ship through them. All of the other employees are amazing and so nice and helpful. My husband and I were told we were able to drop off USPS packages there months ago (May 2020) and my husband and I continued to do so until the owner pulled us aside and asked us to start to drop off at the post office during the busy holiday season. Of course we agreed and didn't have a problem with that. She then took those packages the last day we were there since we were already in the store and we didn't think anything was wrong. Weeks have gone by and those packages they took that day do not have tracking. The delivery driver that picked them up that day did not scan them as he should of and now I have inventory from my business with no tracking during Christmas time. I went in to ask about these packages since the post office directed me to them and they would not pick up the phone as I had tried to call ahead instead of going in. The owner was rude and couldn't handle answering questions in a professional manner. The only time my packages have gone without tracking is when she seemed to get involved. I am a new resident of Noblesville. I am surprised that this post office always postpones or loses my package. Initially my shop number was not installed, but I had been open for two weeks and they would not have delivered the package to my store. Every time I drive to the post office to pick up parcels, I'm a taxpayer, and I pay for the freight. Why is the post office so irresponsible? I can't bear to run to the post office again and again to pick up the parcel. And some of them are large in size and weight. It's very inconvenient for me. I have used this location as a safe, reliable place to pick up some of my online shopping packages since July 2019. I started doing this after a package was stolen off my porch. To date, I have picked up between 10-15 packages. Earlier this week, the manager of the store pulled me aside to say that I should have been paying $5.00 each time I pick up a package. Uh ok, since when, I thought? I could not find any literature or signage indicating this "policy" so needless to say, I will be using one of the other Noblesville locations to ship my packages to! Don't ship your online shopping packages to this "Access Point" unless you want to pay $5.00 to pick it up! read more

WoW!! The amount of Bullcrud i have had to deal with from this company is amazing. I shipped a baby swing and some homemade blankets and infant clothing in a box to my sister and it was damaged beyond belief when it arrived and the swing was damaged as well. I filed a claim since i declared a value on the box...Well what a shock no one is willing to accept the responsibility and my claim is being denied because it was accepted and shipped in "a moving box not approved shipping box"...Who knows the difference that doesnt work in the company? Apprently your own stores dont know the difference. So now i am out the 67 dollars i spent on shipping, the money on the box from walmart (those i dont care about as much) and the $180 i am out for a baby swing that was in pristine condition (that is what i wanted returned so i could get her a new swing). We sent every photo you wanted did everything asked, now the store "owner" is claiming it is our fault and shame on us for making his "manager" cry becuase we said we would have no choice then but to see them in court...really how dare us..how dare you as a company and how dare him as a owner for blaming it on us. Guess my only real option is to file a lawsuit against you. maybe next time your employees will be trained to not accept anything not in one of "your approved boxes"...because ya know everyone wants to spent like 12 bucks on a box. First and second visit to send package didn't go so well (conflicting price, boxing problems). My third visit I met Jenn the manager and she is AWESOME! Helped me find the most economical packaging/shipping option. Ultimately packed items myself in a box purchased from their store. Jenn gave me guidance as to how best to pack the breakable items. I had the best experience in a UPS Store that I have ever had in my life! I was working with Hannah. She helped me print out my wedding invitations that had led to distress and disappointment at my community printer in our apartment complex. She tweeked the template I originally had saved and made it fit on the invitations. Because some of the font did not fit within the border of the invitations, we had to perform a few trial and error prints. During this time, I was able to observe the flow of customers and the customer service that was given. Jen, the manager, was overseeing most of the actions that were happening within the store without hovering and the three women working knew a lot of the customers by name and knew what people needed. They were always upbeat and knew their jobs very well. I was treated very well and felt, personally, that they all cared that my prints were done to my satisfaction. This was, hands down, the best experience I have had at a UPS store in my life. Hannah even saved our edited .pdf on their desktop so that we could easily print more in the future if we needed extras. Nice touch! read more

Worst customer service EVER. Gave me a "worst case scenerio" quote, then did not stand by that quote and told me it would be $100 more than quoted initially and in addition, did not have a box big enough for my item. Owner is rude, belittles customers, did nothing to rectify the situation. I would not recommend anyone visit this joke of store. ZERO stars! read more
