Dave is extremely thorough!! His reports are very comprehensive and seem to cover everything/anything that is relevant to someone looking at purchasing a home. Some told me he is an alarmist, however, I would much prefer the inspector pointing Everything out to me and let me determine what is important and what may be just a small issue down the road.
