Nick completely tore everything down and started the deck all over again. We hired Nick on June 12th and he began demolition on that same day. He finished the rebuild, including paint, on July 7th and the County Inspector gave us the green light to move in on July 10th. But a month or so later, with zero warning, the crew came out to do the job. Why not notify me? They proceeded to compelte only half the job and left the outside of the house littered with rusted nails and trim for several weeks. For what little they did install, it was not all installed correctly. I call them they need to fix certain parts of the installation. I asked if they could put a weather barrier up given the monsoons were coming. No response. Several weeks later, I finally get someone back out after calling and calling. They came to finish the job, but same issue - the trim wasn't installed correctly. Not only this, but one of the crew members broke my window. They said they would replace it for free. I spoke with Briggett and she re-assured me that they would resolve it. I let them come by, and they finish the job with the superintendent. I must say, this has been such a ridiculous effort. It took a total of about 4 months end to end to get a few pieces of wood correctly installed. Given everything that happened, I truly believe a discount should have been applied but they did not. I did not want to have to write this review, but I truly don't recommend this company. It was nothing but pain.

The first one was to be given to Lauderbach Construction to start the job and the second to be given upon completion. Here's the deal... not only did he do fantastic work, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, but on the final day he called and told me he was going to have my property manager tear up the 2nd check! Why? Because he didn't have to do as extensive work as he originally thought, because it took a little longer than he originally thought and because he knew the trouble I'd had with the home even before I contacted him. What contractor does this?? This was not a small check! Honesty and integrity go a long way in my book. Add that with reputation, experience and knowledge and you have a winning combination.
