TNT inspected our home a year ago we found some issues right away with old leaky plumbing that they attempted to resolve but in the end it was denied. We found a warped door that has gaps and is hard to open/close. Loose boards on the edge of our roof. Rusted plumbing on the irrigation system. Most recently we found filter materials shoved in our vents limiting heat/ cool flow. I don't know if this is necessarily a bad company however itcost us a lot of money to take care of these items that were not caught in the inspection. read more

Tony Miller, who owns TnT Home Inspections LLC in Lakeside Az., is the best home inspector I have ever had in my life. I have owned at least 30 homes in my lifetime and I never had anybody as professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. He takes the time to answer any questions that a potential buyer may have as he is moving from point to point during his inspection. He has the patience of a saint! Tony recently saved me from making a bad investment on a property. The second property; which I am under contract with now, had been gone over with a fine tooth comb right down to every nail and every screw. The home & property was inspected so thoroughly and he took time to examine every little facet of the home. I have lived in several states or have owned property with homes in other states and I have never come across anyone that is remotely as professional and thorough as he is. I honestly would never use anyone else. Tony has all the most sophisticated equipment and can see things that our eyes cannot see. He recently inspected the roof of a home under contract, which I was actually going to ask him to skip, due to high winds and dangerous. He was up on the roof before I arrived doing his inspection and taking pictures. In general, it takes several days usually to get a home inspection report back. However, Tony has the reporting results back to you by the next day. I find him to be incredible and so unusual compared to other home inspectors that I've used in the past, who have actually missed major things that cost me up to $65,000 to fix. Tony does not miss anything! Tony is grooming his son to learn the business, which I think is a wonderful opportunity for him. I had my home inspection done last evening and I already had the report by this morning; totaling 64 pages. He takes photos and includes them in his report, so that someone who is not a contractor can understand it easily. If you opt to buy with some issues that need correction on at home, the professionals can clearly understand how to fix the issues correctly. I True would give him more than five stars if that was possible. He is certainly worth his weight in gold... He is honest and explains everything verbally at the end of his inspection prior to receiving the report. The report is extremely detailed & he breaks it into categories per room /per item. He is so specific about everything that there is no questions as to contractors coming in to correct things that are done improperly or can be dangerous. He points all the issues out to you verbally at the end of his inspection in layman's terms so it is very understandable & clear. I just can't say enough nice things about him and his son. He didn't have availability and we were getting close to the end of our inspection period, but he squeezed me in, knowing what my situation was and how quickly I need to move. After buying and selling 13 homes in 31 years we have used many different home inspection companies. TnT has by far been the most thorough company we have ever used before! Tony found things on our most recent purchase that I wouldn't have even thought of to look for. TnT is worth every dime they charge for an inspection. We are in a new build. We have had numerous issues. Decided to have an inspection to find out if there were other issues we didn't know about. Tony was here for about 3 hours. In those 3 hours he found many things especially with Electrical and Water drainage. Many of these electrical issues were under the house. I would highly recommend TnT inspections. read more
