Fast forward to today, 4 months later ... our toddler locked herself (accidentally) in our room. We have very old door knobs/locks on all of our interior doors. I knew if I called the fire department, they'd just break the door. I took a chance and called Country Safe and Locks and the owner (didn't catch the name) pulled over to the side of the road to trouble shoot with me. He didn't have to do that as he was on his way to an appointment and would gain nothing from helping me but he did. The only way to get the door unlocked without breaking it was to drill a hole where the lock would be on the back side and pop it open that way. My husband was able to do that quickly and we got the door unlocked. I can't express my appreciation enough!! Please give them a call and use their services. You won't be disappointed.

We were given excuses concerning programing and restoring our Chrysler 300 2008 Key FOBs. The Chrysler Dealership refused. "It's too old" After waiting 3 hours we had to have the car towed to AAA, and were told that the old FOB "may need a new battery!" Called several local locksmiths, and they may not have the diagnostic tools to program new FOBs, but for a home visit they would have to charge us over $100. + Then, on line, I discovered Keywest Lock and Safe Company. Called a real nice lady who said they specialized in car key FOBs. Several days later, just off Holland Road, I was introduced to Brad, who I was told was their #1 Key FOB man. After examining, looking up, researching, testing and prepared a little tool kit with a tablet attached, Brad went to work like a skilled professional, to my parking spot in front of the store. He told me it might take some time, but I didn't wait long before I heard my car beeping and Brad had just pulled off a miracle. Both key FOBs were programed, both keys were cut and working great. After months of insecurity and worry about breaking down, we have accomplished getting the backup Fobs we needed, and if they have a ceremony, and if they crown Brad of Keywest the "KING of FOBs", we can only hope they send us an invitation. No local "smith" could deal with it. The manufacturer of the locking system recommended Lock Safe & Security. I had to deal with them; i had no choice. What I discovered was that lock experts who are certified to work with sophisticated systems are just better than 99% of the locksmiths in the world. But don't hear that as "over-priced" or "too sophisticated." Bruce White is a consummate professional with a wicked sense of humor. From the get go, he worked as a consultant not as a huckster. He spent considerable time working to understand our needs and to figure out how to bridge to those from the fortress the previous owner had set up. At no point did i ever feel he was trying to manipulate or "up sell" me. I am a grizzled New Yorker and was looking for the worst. He asks great questions, provides a range of alternatives, and simply gives you confidence that this is a guy who plays in a league most lock experts do not. We were so impressed, that we asked him to spec and the install a fire and burglar rated safe in our house. He was enormously helpful in suggesting alternatives, and worked hard to make sure we were investing in what we needed, nothing more or less, and the safe is installed in our home. If you want real quality and value then this is your guy. I recommend him without hesitation. This is a "local guy" who brings cutting edge solutions.

I tell him why I was there, explaining the one installed now worked sporadically. He was curt when he demanded "so is this a service call or installation?" It never occurred to me to get a service call so I reply," you are the expert, what should I do." He says he is not an expert, "just tell me what you want." He seemed irritated and annoyed.
