She was fantastic and very helpful from getting the truck to hooking up the tow. Loading the truck, moving, was a hassle and her help made it a bit less stress for me. I mean I just had the truck for a day to fill it and that was fun!!! So once I got back to Uhaul, exhausted already, Linda was there to help. She connected the tow and we loaded the car and I was off. I made it!! LOL I was driving a 20ft trailer and towing a vehicle on the trailer. It was a bit crazy. Getting gas was the trickiest part of the two day drive. Thank you Linda.

I really want to give 5 stars and 1 star at the same time. What we got for our money was absolutely…read moreamazing!! We rented the 18' ft. angler for the whole day (under $300). Easy navigation to anywhere you wanted to go with onboard included gps. But our boat wasn't ready when we got there and instead of notifying us they just apologized. So we waited for a couple hours and got ready to go. As we are checking the bot out two of the workers are having a argument right in front of us which me, my wife and the worker going through our checklist thought was pretty unprofessional. In the end they dropped our full day rate to the half day which was pretty generous and helped us create some really special memories. Would absolutely recommend!

Well, if you're a boat owner, you understand things happen, especially on saltwater with rentals. Here's where they'll exceed your expectations....Always prompt service, mechanics out ASAP, communication with managers or owner, and they are always fair to their customers. Boats ran great and we had a blast. They've always trusted me and I've always trusted them. Kudos to Josh and Melissa for always looking out for me.
