To start, this was my third attempt to return the package due to the store not being open during its posted hours, which aligns with what many others have already pointed out in publicly available reviews. Based on how I was treated, I can also understand why multiple reviewers have raised concerns about the way customers are treated here. If you want additional context, you can search the store on Google and review the lower-rated feedback, including the 1-star reviews, to see how others describe their experiences. While I was in line, the owner came out and started complaining to her employee because they were having trouble scanning the package for the customer ahead of me. The tone and attitude were already clear before I even got to the counter. When it was my turn, I said hello, placed my package on the scale, and showed her the Amazon return QR code on my phone. The item was in the same unopened box it came in. As she was putting the label on it, she started insisting it was not the original box and complaining that the original box was required. I told her it was the original box and that this was my third attempt to return it because the store had been closed during posted hours. She then used her back pain as an excuse for why the store is frequently closed during business hours. She then told me that if I didn't like her service, I could drive to Marathon to return my package. I took that to mean that if I didn't accept the way I was being spoken to and the claims about the packaging, she would refuse the return and make the situation more difficult than it needed to be. The interaction felt controlling and completely inappropriate for a basic Amazon return. At that point, I made it very clear how I felt about her and the way I was treated as I was leaving the store. I then contacted UPS support to file a complaint. The representative asked for her name, but since she was not wearing a name tag, I had no way of knowing it. I asked if they needed the name, and they told me it was up to me but that it would help, so I went back into the store to get it. When I went back in and asked for her name, she refused and then said she would call the police on me for trespassing, even though I was following the instructions given to me by UPS support. Between the repeated issues with the store being closed during posted hours, the behavior I experienced during this interaction, and being threatened with the police when trying to follow instructions from customer support, this was completely unacceptable.

I have been told my UPS stores before to do the Pack and Ship because they will make sure my items would be safe as I was worried with these items being so precious to me! Never did I expect the NIGHTMARE I would be dealing with coming home from my honeymoon. First off the bad experience started in the store with the staff member Tara. She kept wrapping my veil around the bouquet after being asked not too. On top of that when I came home and unpacked my items so excited to see them again the veil had a hole punctured in it and was wrapped around the bouquet. My flowers were smooshed and a flower has been CUT OFF! She stole from my bouquet! Do NOT have Tara touch your items!! When I went to file a claim on UPS it stated I needed to contact the store. I tried a few time since coming home but the numbers available would not connect. I finally found an email and emailed the store. The "store owner" Sharon Silva was extremely rude and stating she REFUSES to help me file a claim stating she has a "he said she said" problem and she "does not think that any of my items would qualify for reimbursement". I have been in contact with customer relations trying to sort it all out and to the point of filing a police report against Tara for stealing my property. Do not go to this store with your items that you truly care about as they have a staff member who clearly steals.

So there is no way to claim. On top of it they were rude and unhelpful when I had to seek shelter inside their store when one of their Amazon and USPS delivery people gaslighted me yelling at me when I asked the USPS driver to please move her (illegally parked) white unmarked vehicle from behind my parked car so I could get out. Suddenly The Amazon worker rushed out of her truck and over to me. I had gotten out to ask the USPS driver after three times to please move and then I decided to get the ID of the vehicle as that was my only recourse. The Amazon worker rushed at me saying I was harassing the USPS driver. I moved quickly into my car for safety but she followed me and she banged on my glass screaming at me "what is wrong with you white people" They Karenized me gaslighting the situation when they were being aggressive. When I ducked into their store to ask them to please get their delivery people off of me they told me I had to leave that it was "too loud" instead one of them went outside to chat with the Amazon worker and smiled as he left the store to talk to her I felt threatened so instead I called 911 as the Amazon worker was outside the shop not letting me leave. I will never set foot in this place again. They work with bullies and thugs. Meanwhile I was late to work and the cops did nothing either. Never set foot in this bizarre palace again - and I escalated the situation to Amazon, because this shop did nothing to palliate that the drivers that work with them bully their customers and they don't care that they block traffic for their purposes
