Tiffany did an excellent job on my hair! She was professional and educated and personable. She cut to the needs of my hair, shape of my head and my lifestyle, not just a cookie cutter cut. Loved the shampoo experience as well as the product, cut and blow dry. Salon is spotless! Loved that not only is there no hair left over from previous cuts, but Tiffany swept up my hair before she blowed dry, so as to "Not blow hair all over the salon". Salon is cute and updated as well. We chose to go to this nail salon because of the great reviews on yelp. Unfortunately, we did not have the same great experience. We had two pedicures and were at the salon for over two hours. We weren't in a hurry, but could not believe how long the pedicures took. We also weren't impressed with the customer service. The technician left to help some other walk in client without saying anything, just left my feet soaking for about 15 minutes. We aren't very formal people, but expected a little more professionalism. Not sure why the reviews are so good after we had a bad experience. Waxing clients beware: they double dip. I know that some states allow for that but, as a personal choice, not on my bikini (face, etc). That being said, I've been there twice, once for wax and once for hair. Everyone was very nice, good conversation. I was pleased with the results for the most part. I was able to schedule an appointment relatively easy. I'd consider going back for hair but would be more specific about how I want it cut. read more

Had a great experience here. I'm extremely particular when getting a Brazilian wax but Uva (I believe that was her name) was fantastic! The place is relaxing and nicely decorated. All of the staff was very friendly and courteous. The wax used did not break me out and the water made me feel very comfortable. She was meticulous and was left with the perfect wax. Thank you. While visiting Key Largo I needed a color touchup and a cut. Since I am a blonde and have been to other salons while traveling I know the results can sometimes be less than desirable. After reading reviews on Yelp I made an appointment. I was not disappointed. Olivia did a splendid job matching my blonde color and gave me a cut just like I wanted. The salon is well kept. On my recent visit to Key largo I was in need of a pedicure, manicure and even a haircut! I had been traveling for three weeks and had my most important meetings a week later, so this had to happen. Luckily I found the wonderful ladies at KLS and spa! Laura is an excellent technician, my pedicure was flawless so I went back for a 'dipping" manicure the next day. While I was soaking in their immaculate salon for my pedicure I got to watch the hairdressers do cuts, color and styling...this is when I decided I could also book my haircut! These ladies are well trained, listen to the client, and friendly to chat with. I would highly recommend ANY service Laura provides, facials, eyebrows, eyelash extensions and of course the mani/pedi's. Her own makeup is flawless yet subtle. I am booked to return to the keys next year and now I wont worry about getting put back together! They do massages, and other services that I will definitely take advantage of next year! Got the worst color at this salon. They nearly ran the color thru and it did not match my current color

I had been to this salon 3x previously for a cut or color and eyebrow wax. They did a good enough job those times. I moved about 40 mins south from the salon, but still wanted to remain a customer so after getting settled in my new place I called and made an appointment for a quick hair trim. I reached their voicemail, because their hours changed and left a message to which they called me back a day later and left me a message saying I could come in for a hair cut on the said date. I called back again getting a voicemail to say thanks and I'll be there that morning. I drove 40 mins to the salon and right as I'm about to pull into the salon, they call and tell me they booked someone in my spot and that they'd have to reschedule me. Mind you, it wouldn't have been a big deal if wasn't for their "too bad" attitude towards me after driving 40 mins to this salon in attempt to remain a loyal customer.
