I asked for a fill and gel polish with a pedicure with gel polish, and was so happy when she mentioned that she also offers waxing! I did full face w eyebrows. I came to Tina as a walk in with my bf. We just wanted to a do a quick pedicure for both of us. My bf was a little nervous as it is his first time getting a pedicure but Tina made us feel really comfortable with good conversation. GO TO T & T!!!!! Truly terrible service, very rude. Tina had done my pedicure and had started my manicure, then stopped dead in the middle of it to do somebody else's gel manicure. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting with my mani half done. She handed me the nail filer and said "do one of your nails so I know how you like them" I did one of my nails and then just filed and shaped the other 9 myself since she said she wouldnt be able to do it how I like it after seeing the first. (Almond shape, pretty basic). It's as 2 hours from start to finish for a basic, no massage, no extra frills $30 pedicure, and a whopping $65 manicure. I had an appointment so there was no excuse for her interrupting my nails to do somebody else's full set!! This was a huge waste of time and my money considering She had me do my own nails. I left completely shocked and disappointed. This was my second experience here as a local over a years time and both was awful. Do not go here. $95 for basic dip mani and pedi that YOU WILL DO YOURSELF, plus tip for awful service. read more

I really wanted to like this place. I did! I will say that my toes look good and my eyebrows look amazing, I'll give her that. However, the pedicure itself was a complete disaster. It was my first mani/pedi out of quarantine and I was really excited for this. My usual place was closed and I decided to try this one. After a rushed $45 pedicure, My heels are still itchy and cracked with calluses. But the polish looks good. She's a very talented eyebrow tech so I'll probably only come to her for that hence the 2 stars. Now this is what completely turned me off. I'm usually one to get tips and dip at my regular place with a gel pedicure and eyebrow and lip wax, I usually spend around $120 plus tip and I go once a month cause the quality of my regular nail salon is that good and my nails last no matter what I put them through. Because of quarantine, I decided to remove my tips and go for regular gel polish which if done right, should also last me a month or so. The polish ripped off my finger a couple of hours later as I was washing dishes! WTF, that's never happened! Also you'll see my fingers are full of cuticles and dead skin all the way around. Mind you, I just had this done 2 days ago. I went back in the next day to see if she would fix the one nail. In front of a customer she very ecstatically said "I don't have time for you. I'm booked and busy. Come back tomorrow." There was only one person there and when I came back the next day, fixing my ONE nail took a measly 7 minutes. Anyway the entire experience caused me $120 and it was a complete joke as neither the salon itself or quality was worth that kind of money. I'm attaching her work and the more in depth, more professional work I usually get done for the same price so you can compare the quality. It's night and day. My friend and I came here the day before her wedding for mani/pedis only because another salon messed up our appointment time. They were nice, but the service felt very rushed even though we were the only ones there. A man did our pedicures and filed our nails for manicures, but then a woman did the actual manicure polish. Any time we asked for something that should have been basic (water too hot, please trim my toenails, etc), he acted like we were causing him hardship. It was pricey and they stared me down when I tipped. I guess they wanted more? My nails look ok, but the gel looks uneven around my cuticles. After only three days the manicure started peeling off several of my nails. I thought the thing with gel manicures was that they last a long time? Clearly something wasn't done right. read more

Went with my sister to accompany her to get her nails and toes done. Customer service was great and the lady was extremely nice but I wish I could say the same about the quality of my nails. My sister got a gel mani-pedi two days ago and it has already chipped for both her bails and her toes and the application is a little uneven. read more

I have had thousands of pedicures over the years and this was by far the worst and most unprofessional place that I have been. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! I went here because it was in walking distance of the place I was staying. The salon is large and bright. There were 2 people working there, the owner and a gentleman I assume is her husband. He gave me a very basic pedicure with a minimal leg massage, but pounded on my legs so hard I can't believe I don't have bruises. I then asked for a manicure with no polish, just buff. Again, very basic service with no lotion or arm massage but again with the pounding on the back of my hands. He did manipulate my wrists a bit. Never buffed my nails. And by then I just wanted to get out of there. When I got home, I had to file my unbuffed nails because they were so uneven with rough edges. PS. This place is cash only. What a horrible experience. Listen to the other reviews.....and RUN! It's obvious why her business of 21 years is empty and other residents wait to get in to T & T Nails. For a basic manicure and pedicure all of a sudden my bill was at $80. No, I did not have a deluxe pedicure, Tina tacked on $20 because said callous removal with the cheese grater. Finally.... She was done globbing it on then charged me 10.00$ to simply buff my nails! She charged me $40.00 for her crappy service. Used a pumice bar that wasn't new. She used it in the girl she treated treated next. No sterile equipment! They just rinse them off and go to the next! Overpriced, not clean, not worth the money. I was leery of going here because of previous reviews...so glad I went anyway!!! Tina was beyond accommodating ! I'm trying to get my nails healthy again and said I didn't want a drill used, she agreed and did a beautiful job, doing them exactly as I wanted. I guess I'm picky, because on my pedicure I don't like the scraping or sponge, just an exfoliating lotion, no problem, again, all services were performed exactly as requested. I had a very terrible experience here, I've had my nails done by Tina several times and they weren't to bad considering the price.... but recently the gentlemen that works there did my nails and he is very rough he tore my cuticles to bits with the drill that is used to file ACRYLIC down (I've never seen this process used to remove cuticles, and it resulted in several nails bleeding and my skin around my nails looks terrible) my nails are falling off after only two days... I returned to bring the issue to Tina's attention were she was very rude and defensive, I was only trying to get the error fixed beings I paid a good amount to enjoy these nails, safe to say I won't be returning. read more
