Apparently there was an accident and our driver indicated that he was going to turn around and go another way, which would get us there right on the dot. However, route 2 was not panning out, as now other traffic also used that route. I emailed the company multiple times requesting if it was possible to move to next day. ZERO response. I texted the company phone number, requesting the same. ZERO response. I called before texting, no answer. I did this from the date of our reservation until into the afternoon the next day. Very, very disappointed, as their booking calendar showed availability for the following day, but no one would respond. So not only did we miss out on something fun, but we are out $250. Would not recommend whatsoever given the complete lack of communication. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours was the worst private tour that we have ever taken. Calling Franko, he stated that his wife did not give him the correct time. Twenty-five minutes later he arrived, did not apologize for being late, and stated that he would be with us shortly. We waiting there for 15 more minutes while he spoke with one of their other drivers who was there for a pickup. Finally, we started our private tour without he caring or apologizing for wasting our time that we paid for. At numerous stops, he would speak with their other drivers and try and arrange transportation for people waiting at these stops while we wasting our time that we paid for. He did not care about our time, our private tour, he was more interested in booking additional transfers. THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE, TOUR AND WASTE OF MONEY. The previous day we had a private tour with PREMIUM VIP SERVICES SXM in St Maarten, which was the complete opposite of Brenda and Franko's. Brenda and Franko should go to St Maarten and book a tour with PREMIUM VIP SERVICES SXM to see how a private tour should be run. I would NOT recommend Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours. They are interested in making money more than providing a great service. Franko did not apologize for being late and wasting our time until I mentioned it at the end.

Captain Heather and First Mate Shane were friendly and talkative (unlike other charter companies) and were also knoweledgable on all the spots to visit around St. John. The cooler was stocked with waters and juice pouches, and they had a multitude of snacks onboard. They also have towels and snorkel gear. They tailored the charter for our desires which made it easy. We got to see some great ocean life and had a blast eating tacos on the water at Lime Out. Although some of the seas were a bit rough, Lady K's double hull managed the seas with aplomb and the crew made us all feel comfortable and safe. Definitely hit them up for a great time.
