Less than 10 minutes in the process, at my home. Good thing, because recently my original key went bye bye. Called up Lulus again, wanted an oem fob to replace. They put in an order while I was on vaca. My first day back and within hours of contacting them, tech shows up, 10 minutes, new OEM fob. Yes, competitively priced. I called two others to price out OEM fobs. Still went with Lulus, but I always compare. Sometime the key to a good life, is knowing a good locksmith that can provide an actual key. It was quoted a tiny bit high but still around the competition (most quotes came out to $180-280), but was completed higher than competitors in the end. That being said, I don't know if the actual price from competitors would have been higher than their quotes. For transparency here, I paid a $65 service fee plus $55 per house lock. The mailbox was a higher charge at $125. I was quoted $200-300 (probably assuming 3 locks rather than the 4 I ended up needing); it came out to about $410 plus tax. The result is the same. I have a fully rekeyed home and mailbox. Service was excellent. The vehicle was well marked and the Johnny was very professional and easy to work with.

Months ago, the door's striker plate began hitting against the door's striker in such a way not to allow the latch to retract. Thus, the door would not close properly and banged against the door upon closing every time. I finally got around to taking a look at it and the installation was incredibly unprofessional. The striker was being held by two garbage metal pieces instead of a normal strike plate deadlatch. There is no excuse for this. I then called Ben, the owner/manager, and that was a condescending speech asking me why I waited so long to tell him. Bottom line and I'm sorry to say this, but I won't be going back and neither should you. I'm updating my review because I just spoke with the owner. He just read my review and told me the garbage pieces holding on my plate came with the lock. Yeah, right! He didn't like my review and said he doesn't want to do business with me in the future.
