Okayyy... So, when I asked about rates, he again said it's impossible for him to say because all he does is plug the variables - like day of week, time of day, distance, wheelchair type, and so on. It's entirely possible that once you get over these initial hurdles that they provide a superb service but If they require that much notice, they shouldn't make claims on their website to cater for people in a hurry. I called to reschedule a transport for one of our residents because she was hospitalized. She asked me how the resident got to the hospital and I stated by ambulance. She proceeded to ask me why we didn't call them, though I was not the one who called for the ambulance to the hospital, instead of tying up their ambulances for appointments. I did state that we could call another company and she stated it was my choice if I wanted her to schedule it or call another company. Needless to say I called another company and canceled the rescheduled appointment because we wanted to work with a company with better customer service. We had used them four times previously but will not again.
