The last time everyone including the supervisor heard her speak sarcastically to me and made it look like I was being unreasonable. I asked my friend to come in so she could help me and once she stepped in the whole demeanor changed and there was no problem, and I was treated respectfully as I should have been in the 1st place. This is only the most recent of many unpleasant experiences at this location, and the supervisor on duty is in another branch unavailable to me. The bank assured me that I have nothing to worry about, this happens all the time and that I should be able to see the money refunded to me within 2 weeks. After 5 months of waiting and over 23 phone calls, they finally told me that I didn't notify them within 30 days and that they are now unable to refund my money. They told me this over the phone but said they will also send me a letter and explain everything there. I never received a letter or any other form of contact. They made me wait 5 months then ended up saying they cant help me only because I didn't know until after 30 days? They shouldn't have allowed for that check to be cashed. I have a business to run. I don't have the time to check my account every day. That's the bank's job. To protect their customers. KeyBank is not safe to do business with and you can't trust them with your money. The same thing happened to one of my friends at Webster Bank and she got a full refund with an apology. When I opened an account with the KeyBank they were so nice to me and ready to help. But when it comes to a problem, they would not even look at me or say hi. They look at you like you are the problem. I talked to the police department and over 7 banks. They all said that it's KeyBank's job to do the investigation and refund me the money and that they've never even heard of anything like this before.

The account exists, my name isn't on the account just the checks they ordered planning on nailing me for fraudulent checks, charges and anything else this person could do. Wells Fargo's reaction: "Just don't write on any of the checks!" I got more help from the police department, check company and post office! It's clear Wells Fargo enjoys ruining people's lives. I have been contacting TD bank auto finance department since 4/25/24 when I was advised the loan was still active and not canceled by TD bank. Their excuse that day when I called was "our systems just went down 10 minutes ago in a system outage, please call back later". Telling me they can't access the account. I had a busy schedule until this morning 5/1/24 when I called again. Guess what? Same damn excuse "our systems just went down 10 minutes ago in a system outage, please call back later". This is straight bull! They are REFUSING to cancel an UNFUNDED/CANCELED loan the dealership already handled 4/22/24.
