Then when I cancelled they had me sign a cancellation request with a specific date of cancellation. Then, I get a notice that the policy was never properly set up and the cancellation occurred a week AFTER my official cancellation notice and I owe an additional $38.. a bunch of incompetent idiots.... Don't do business with them!!

After viewing You Tube I decided I better call AAA. Within 20 minutes Ken arrives notices AZ sold me the wrong battery. He's also very aware of how hybrids work so he backed up all those presets and data I've been collecting in the past 1-1/2 years. In no time my Prius is up and running perfectly.
