I decided to move my autopay back from the 20th to the 28th upon the recommendation of my agent. What she failed to tell me is that I would lose out on an early pay discount and my policy would go up $60.00 a month. After I already asked if anything would change and stated no. Then they stayed were sorry we will bring it up in our meeting but now I cannot change back and have to pay that 60.00 for the next 6 months.
