Very, very impressed with this company. I have an older iPhone 12 pro max and the battery is beginning to wear. Unfortunately, due to the shortage, the batteries have not arrived yet. They did let me know that if it is not an Apple replacement, then there are certain characteristics that the iPhone will not give you certain information on the battery performance. Had an issue with my phone constantly loading and the apps disappearing off the Home Screen (Didn't know what McAfee Total Protection was doing when all of this was going on but it wasn't picking up on their radar). A week or two late, but my iPhone was stuck in this loop just showing the apple appear and disappear, like it crashed so I brought it to them and first they tried to update the software which didn't end up working and ultimately had to open the phone and noticed some water damage that made my facial recognition not work. They disabled that feature and my phone was back up and running. They were lifesavers. I though I lost everything. Agnes and her friends in the back were awesome. You're at the mercy of these places and they can really jam you with costs. At no point did I feel that way at this place. Through put the whole process she would tell me what each step of the way entailed and how much it would cost and asked my permission to forge ahead. She made a very stressful situation a lot less stressful. I said I'd write a review and as usual forgot, but then I found the piece of paper I wrote her name down on and just had to write her a review to sing her praises. We are vacationing in the lower keys and my IPhone froze up. We went to the cell phone provider but they said there was nothing they could do. We were advised to go to Keys Technology nearby. Service was great, the employee who helped me was actually able to get my phone to function without any trouble, literally as I had left my phone with her to work on and was getting into my vehicle. I had to turn back around and get my phone before I left the parking lot. I joked and said I couldn't believe what happened, it just had been frozen up for over two hours. I could cry tears of joy writing this review! My old MacBook (RIP) refused to power up past the login, meaning I had zero access to any of my data (photos that were from 7 years ago, graduate school application materials, wedding guest list, the works). We called Keys Technology to ask if they could replace the charging port on an Apple iphone 6. They indicated a 1 hour wait and charge of $77 which seemed reasonable. When I went there the technician quietly evaluated the phone and carefully removed several pieces of dirt with tweezers. Charger works fine now. Who would have thought? But, no charge for the polite and professional service and would happily go back to them for more service. read more

Great service, I was on vacation when my iphone would not charge. I went to the ATT store and expected it was time to upgrade. To do that I needed enough power to transfer my contacts so they recommended I try Keys Technology to see if they could get it to charge. When the little crack on my iPhone screen that I had decided I could live with suddenly worsened dramatically, I wrote a post on FB, asking if anyone knew where I could get it fixed. Four people immediately and enthusiastically told me to go to Keys Technology, which had just opened up. I went to their website, which assured me that they did, indeed, fix cracked screens. A few days later I swung by their store to find out how much it was going to cost me and was very pleased to find out it was much less than I had anticipated! A rare surprise! Also I thought I'd have to leave my phone for a day or more so being told it would take an hour tops (probably 45 mins, he said!!) was even better! It was easy to plan a shopping trip to the stores later in the week while my phone was restored to good-as-new!! Peter was really friendly and professional.
