we work with couple of our trucks with this company each time they quote a price and screw it until…read morelast penny they can they also make insurance frauds as well last time i send my 2022 Freightliner Cascadia truck with a 4 error codes they told me they fix everything and we left for paying following day and 36 miles later truck gives all same alerts and i didn't pay them and call them back to see whats going on in the meanwhile truck was on the road to delivery and we ended up on Freightliner Service they told us with a inspection report parts that they told its been changes not even touch by them and also their own employees declaration they just reset he doesnt know when will error codes will come up back long story short my lawyer contacted them and they even threaten my lawyer putting their words out of the market saying that we not pay them etc etc i just got a call from them thinking they want to work it out and they start threatening me on a recorded line saying that truck left there working but the issue when truck got there it was working too so they try to screw me out and all they are doing threatening but this time i will make sure they find what they are looking for AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING HE SAYS HE DOESNT WANT TO TALK OVER THE PHONE AND TELL ME TO GO THERE AND TALK FACE TO FACE :) I WILL SEE YOU GUYS FACE ON COURT. ALSO I'VE BEEN VERY PATIENTLY ASK THEM ONE LAST CHANGE I WILL SEND THE TRUCK THERE YOU FIX AND I WILL PAY THEY SAY THEY DONT WANT MY BUSINESS THERE. SO LONG STORY SHORT THEY ARE SCAMMER KEEP YOUR TRUCKS AWAY FROM THEIR SHOP.

John the owner is so down to earth and his multi tasking skills are out of this world. Between doing mechanic work, towing and running his business he does not skip a beat. All the other mechanics there are super nice and helpful and is there to answer literally any question you need, especially about your big rig. We originally were going to go to another shop and boy I'm happy we ended up here because you just don't get customer service, genuine good mechanic work anymore. I truly wish they were in Florida but as far as major work needing to be done in the future we will definitely grab a load out that way to be able to get back to this shop. I promise you this shop hands down is the best mechanic work we've gotten since having our big rig. They are fast, efficient and if you need other things done to your vehicle outside of what you initially went in for they make time to get your car/truck in tip top running shape. It's honestly amazing how we got such prestige work done by accident. Took truck in for check engine light. They replaced wiring harness, turbo piece, another wire. I…read moreran one trip and had to take back for leaking valve cover plus Check engine light came on. They said the valve cover was warped . Then the turbo is bad and next the ECM. Replaced turbo, no boost. Took truck home . Parked in garage for 30 minutes. Backed out and large oil spot in floor. This was after replacing valve cover and gasket at garage . Only went 30 miles from shop to home. I'm in the hole $5000 and truck won't run right and leaking oil after having new valve covers and gaskets. Would I go bad ? Not in this lifetime.

Tannahill Truck/Bus Repair has taken us in and quickly solved the problem. Our first problem happened on Friday prior to 4th of July weekend, owner crawled right under, diagnosed the problem and a tech resolved the issue before closing. Our recent experience required roadside tech to resolve--- same way of handling problems--quick response, honest assessment, excellent service!!! BTW, our GPS didn't show best track from I-81. Take Exit 109, go south for approx .5 mi, just prior to service station on left there is a road that takes you direct to Tannahill's. Service station convenient for fuel. The diesel pump on outside of fuel island has automobile sized nozzle if required.
