They did not meet their promised completion (several times). First it was only going to take 7 days to fix, so I was on a Monday that it would be ready by that next Wednesday. I called Wednesday and was told probably by the end of the day on Friday. So, Friday came and went, and the shop is not opened on weekends. Called Monday and was told maybe Tuesday. Called Tuesday and was told hopefully by the end of the day on Wednesday. I get delays come up. But this has been way beyond acceptable. In addition to this being stretched for over 2 weeks, I have already reached the max on my rental insurance and it is costing more money each day. read more

I have never seen such a poor excuse of a paint and body shop in my life. The job was supposed to take four days and nearly a thousand dollars. When the deadline arrived it was only 30 percent complete. They were paid in full and I was assured that it was just a bad employees fault and everything would be taken care of next week. Five days after the deadline the photos show exactly what I got back. At this point I would not even trust 2 crooks collision enough to wash my car. read more

I have utilized 2 brothers twice. They are the best company I have dealt with with body work. The body work was perfect. They were very courteous and professional both times. They took the time to explain the process in a way I understood. I appreciated that. When it was finished, my car was cleaned. Both times when I left they told me to come back if anything came up or I had questions. In their new site, there is a car rental office which made it so nice when I dropped off the car. The crew informed me that the transmission had shaving innit and to flush it may cause it to start slipping greats and not working. They bent over backwards to find me options, used vs new transmissions, gave me timelines, accurate cost projections, average life lines of each option including waiting on repairs, what they would do if it were their car and they were in my situation. What an awesome family business! While traveling home from a family vacation, I hit a deer. My SUV was towed to 2 Brothers. I was concerned that my vehicle needed to be fixed 5 hours from home. The repairs were completed prior to the date that they estimated. When I went to pick up my SUV we discovered some hidden suspension damage that the towing company inflicted on my vehicle. 2 Brothers immediately jumped on that problem and had me on the road in under an hour from discovery.
