We asked for our money back and were told, "Impossible". We asked for half of it back and were told, "Impossible". We feel this is all a scam. This company pays a lot of money to keep their reputation clean online. I would not recommend using them unless you want to pay a lot more than another company would charge.

Best of all, they not only indulged me, but encouraged my obsessive-compulsive behavior... as in "could you dig that plant up and move it 3 inches?" LOL.
