Garrett showed me photos a couple of areas under the house where the vapor barrier had fallen and the humidity had softened the subfloor. FIrst they called me to let me know they were running a bit late which I appreciated. They prepared the area, completed the work, and explained to me what they were doing. I had used Freedom in the past after Hurricane Milton and was pleased then, and again I am very happy with the work. So I promptly cancelled the order and this was almost 2 months ago and they have NEVER returned my deposit. Every time I ask for my deposit back, they keep saying the check is in the mail. DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS!!! They take advantage of the elderly and prey upon them. And I am still out $2,000 and still trying to get my money back as of 7-14-26 And one more thing - they did not even inspect under my house when the estimator came out to discuss what they would do.
