Ran a GMC Franchise in Scottsdale AZ prior, was also in sales, service, part of dealerships dating back to the early 1970's. THIS IS MY FIRST Review. Not my only poor or mediocre experience just the first that warranted leaving a warning to others. I had my Hyster forklift picked up and transported to Lift Inc. for service inspection and estimate for repairs. The estimate was just shy of $4,000.00 and I gave the OK to move forward. Then after filing out a credit app (excellent credit 780 score) I was told I needed to Pre Pay for service, I did so without complaint (a first time for everything I thought). After about 40 days (time was OK Except my credit card interest was expensive) I was told work completed. I was also told I had (est. 8-9 days) until 2-1-23 to remove or they would charge me $100.00 per week for storage (sounds like a bad towing / impound company to me) And that if anyone wanted to ask any questions regarding repairs they WERE NOT going to be my salesman. That was from one of the service advisors. A complete flip flop after my not being offended paying up front for service not rendered ( a first for me). When the service advisor said we are very short on space, I looked their address up on Google maps... most have 2-3 acres of very nice property! Small town friendly here does not apply here.

Traded us a tractor with mower that he advertised to us and described as identical to a different one he actually posted a picture of with the exception of a pretty paint job. Turns out the mower on the one he traded us is missing several key parts to attach it to the tractor. Thus the tractor is useless for what we were going to use it for. We traded for a $2000 dump truck. He claimed he was representing someone else whose name was Cliff S. Sheldon kept making promises to deliver the missing parts and was continually a no show. Every phone call was an excuse. He even started blaming the Cliff guy. Needless to say here it is 2 months later and we still do not have the missing parts nor the tractor chains that were promised. Wish we would have looked up other ratings on his FB pages. Quite a few unhappy customers. Buyers and Sellers beware.

After explaining the reason for my call I could hear the phone operator speaking to someone in the background saying "there's a guy looking for free information" which I wasn't, to whom ever she was speaking to. I was just trying to locate a lower for a good customer. They didn't even take the engine s.n. or hull i.d. before blowing me off. I run a vet owned and operated business and the guy looking for the lower is a vet as well, not that that should make a difference, but we tend to stick together whether we are treated well or poorly and word gets around. I'm more than happy to spread the experience I had dealing with Robbins to anyone that will listen.
