It's bad enough that I got lousy customer service from Jody (?) at San Mateo Lane shop, but not hearing back from Bob the manager for weeks after when I called to report it is much worse. After the condescending incident at San Mateo Ln, called Bisbee store, spoke to Maryls who assured me that Bob would want to know and would call me back when he's back in town in a week. That was weeks ago. Called Marlys twice more, but still no results. Did she even tell him? Does Bob give a shit? Don't know. And now, don't care. Keyway came highly recommended by friends (who Marlys knew), but that didn't seem to matter to anyone there. There is no shortage of professionally run dispensaries in Santa Fe, but Keyway is clearly not one of them which is what I've told these friends, and many others. read more

Questionable customer service, a little condescending the day that I went especially towards a new customer who was just asking basic questions. But I am very impressed with the flower I smoked, as well as the edibles. Probably will be back, just for the medicine. Very cool spot inside, felt like a dispensary right out of Durango, CO. In terms of aesthetic and indoor decoration, display of their menu, etc. It is a really nice dispensary. Possibly the best one I've seen visually in New Mexico. Hope for better customer service next time I know not all jobs are perfect, but yours is pretty awesome and a lot of people would love to have the same position...never forget that, or how important customer service is. I am a very patient and understanding person, hopefully I'll get some of that good energy back next time. I've been coming here since it opened. I've seen many turn overs. Many good managers and staff. This by far is the most trouble I've ever had with filling my orders. Check your order before you leave!!! Still love this place and the product but have had a lot of problems with what I walk out with when I don't check. These people are kind and eager to be helpful . They have fair specials and are the closest dispensary near my home. Also unlike a lot of places they give seniors a discount!!! Not everyone is a veteran but if you live long enough they give you a break. Daily deals on flowers are very fair and good medicine! read more

For the record, I truly don't like having to post this, but someone needs to hear this. I have been, since the Santa Fe store opened, a loyal customer. The folks that work there are the greatest. There have been a few hiccups, but overall, I've always been able to get my medicine, but since the company open the 2 stores in Albuquerque, not so much. The Santa Fe store rarely has quantity or quality in flower, which is my preferred medicine. Checking the menu of the 3 stores, it appears the ABQ sites are getting more of and the better of the flower. I been weekly to the Santa Fe store and flower hasn't been testing over 15%, usually 12-13%, but the prices are the same as the higher testing flower. I don't know about the ABQ locations, but it appears this company is more interested now, in the money aspect of the business, not the product,not the customer, just selling a product, damn how good or indifferent it is.
