My ONLY mild complaint is the wattage available which is 25. It's not a big deal, though. It delivers a hit satisfyingly. It's light, simple to operate, and there's no "on" button ... just drag on the mouthpiece, which I like better than the round ones. And it delivers a light show, a joyous little dance of stars & stuff! A fully charged battery lasts me almost two days and there's no glass tank to break. I spoke to ... Jordie (sp) and she's not only helpful and knowledgeable, she has that all too rare ability of conveying positivity. And the price? $24.99. Can't beat it with a stick! Most importantly, the staff were incredible. We had the pleasure of meeting Ian and Stephanie our first time in. They're owners of the shop and it really showed how much they love their jobs & appreciate everyone who walks in. They were both incredibly personable and informative. We were in & out in minutes, because of how knowledgeable they were. They were happy to share some local hiking spots with us & interested in everything we had to say. INCREDIBLE hospitality. We came back a second time solely for them, where we met Mariana, another bud tender. She was beyond sweet and also knew the menu extensively. All in all, great location, amazing selection, clean, amazing staff & ownership, and all those little touches that make smaller shops soar above bigger dispensaries.
