Poorly run. 50% chance they forget to include something (usually chicken breast). The worst thing about this restaurant is that they're crafty. They reject most coupons from the KFC website that is specific to their store. Also, they pretend to offer the deals in the TV ads, but instead give you a crappier version of the deal. For example, the TV ad says you can get a $10 bucket of chicken on Saturdays and Sundays which includes white and dark pieces, however, they only give you dark pieces. were we disappointed last night with our meal.we got a 8 piece meal because they wouldn't honor the coupon for the 9 piece meal we just got in the mail. strike 1. when we got home, the chicken was soggy and cold, the skin falling off the meat. Strike 2 . Found chunks of fried bone in the bottom of the bucket three of them. strike 3. should have snatched it up and taken it back then, but we were that hungry. I went to get a biscuit and the top of one of them was torn off and missing. strike 4 . we were stupid then. Is it good business to make your customers feel stupid for not taking a crappy meal back, and throwing a fit over it. Chicken used to be reasonably priced and good to eat, this stuff was garbage. Next time it's Popeyes Chicken in Livingston, and never again at KFC especially in Atwater. By the way this is the second time we have been dissatisfied with this place, so I guess that I am stupid. Makes me feel just great, good job KFC. At least the girl at the counter was pleasant, but didn't know the menu. I wish that I could have given them a half a star, it would be appropriate.
